The particular medical chronograph is a Girard-Perregaux replica Bvlgari watch coming to us all the way from the 1930s.It measures 35mm, which is actually quite large for a 30s piece, but also makes it more wearable as a watch today.The face is in outstanding condition for a 70+ year old watch, as is the case.The pushers and lugs are showing some wear, but nothing substantial.This watch is being sold for a $1895, which is fair for a GP chronograph from this period.In fact, vintage GPs are a great brand to explore if you're looking for a well-respected but not completely mainstream choice that won't break the bank.
